We are going...... east! Fourteen-and-a-bit miles, and as Adam Sandler would say - at a medium pace. This one will be taking us past Hackney City Farm, London Fields, The Pembury, Homerton, the marshes and the old Eastway Track, The King Edward VII (duck fat chips), Bow, Mile End, Stepney, Whitechappel, Brick Lane to the Ten Bells and back to the Crown. And.... relax.
